They use Information Technology to a number of different departments including human resources, finance, manufacturing and security. Using information technology, businesses have the ability to view changes in the global markets faster than they usually do. They purchase software packages and hardware that helps them get their job done. Most larger businesses have their own information technology department designed to upkeep the software and hardware. This study focused mainly on JOLO’s One Stop Party Goods in Wharfroad Centro, Tubigon, Bohol especially on the Online Information System. JOLO’s One Stop Party Goods uses a manual process of their information system. A manually operated information system which uses record book for record keeping, stock monitoring, and management of data. This kind of system takes time for the in charge to store and collect data, organize records, process data, and deliver information, hence inconvenient to the customers who have to wait for a long period of time. The researchers believed that through web-based information system the transactions and processes will be faster, easier, accurate and reliable sources of information to both the customers and the establishment.
